RETURN POLICY ONLINE SHOP
If one of the products of Ninefoot Island Casuals fails to meet the consumer's expectation reason notwithstanding, he or she may return the item. The customer is at liberty to opt for a new product of his or hers choice or get a refund of the purchase price of the respective product. We don't refund the original post and packaging charge but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement. Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
GUIDELINES RETURN POLICY
Full price products
If a customer opt for a refund the full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card or bank) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on the invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. If a customer opt for a new product the new product will be delivered conform our Shipping standards as soon as we have received the returned product within 30 days of the ship date on the invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
If a customer opt for a refund the full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card or bank) if returned within 7 days of the ship date on the invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. After 7 days a clearance/outlet/sales product is not eligible for return or credit. If a customer opt for a new product the new product will be delivered as soon as we have received the returned product within 7 days of the ship date on the invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. All returned items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
MAKING A RETURN BY MAIL
The dispatch/invoice note that came with your parcel has full instructions of how to return your items.You need to complete the reverse side of the dispatch note with details of the items you are returning. If you no longer have this a brief note will suffice giving us your name, address, postcode and contact number. Make sure you tell us whether you would like an exchange or refund. It would also be helpful if you could tell us why you are returning the item so that we can better understand what our customers want and make any necessary changes to our products.If possible please use the original shipping box and packing materials. For Dutch inhabitants, a postage-paid return label has been provided and is the first return free from charge. Simply affix a/the label to your package and leave it in a secure location where you normally place your outgoing mail or take it to your local post office. Make sure that you receive a proof of postage.
