Ninefoot.com accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

2. When will you ship my order?

Ninefoot.com endeavors to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed in the Netherlands normally will be delivered within 5-7 working days. For other countries 10 working days. The duration is meant as an indication and cannot be seen as an actual deadline.

4. What does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping rates are calculated according to which country the order must be delivered and according the purchase value of your order.Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions whereby the shipping rates will change.

5. Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

Yes. Ninefoot Island Casuals is a company with no frontiers and we can service orders from all over the world.

6. By which carrier will my order be shipped?

We ship via TNT Post. TNT delivers packages to residential addresses Monday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.7.

7. Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you are checking out you will have the option to fill in any delivery address you want to. The invoice will be send to the invoice address stated on the order.

8. What if I am not pleased with my order? Can I return the purchase?

If one of the products of Ninefoot Island Casuals fails to meet the consumer's expectation reason notwithstanding, he or she may return the item. Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. Simply complete the return/exchange form and send it along with the items you are returning (please use the original shipping box or bag and packing materials).Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

9. What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?

For Dutch inhabitants, a postage-paid return label has been provided and is the first return free from charge. In all other cases you have to pay the return postage yourself. When you are returning your order, make sure that you receive a proof of postage. In the case of an exchange, you don't pay any postage for the replacement. 10. How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
